Who is Tilko Group?

We are an Australian based digital marketing, software and ecommerce company based in Wollongong, south of Sydney, Australia.  We provide digital marketing strategy consulting, product launches, digital marketing consulting and also run our own ecommerce (including Ebay and Amazon) sites in various niche markets.  We also offer training services and events. We’ve been in business since 2008.

Why are you charging us?

If you saw a “Tilko Group Charge” on your credit card statement or bank statement, this could relate to a purchase or a recurring charge from any of these products, services or ecommerce websites.  This is either a one off product or service charge or a recurring monthly charge from one of our brand websites.

Alternatively, it is purchase of a product from one of our Ecommerce sites.

Can we get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an automated invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they made their purchase or signed-up.  If you prefer another GST based invoice, please email us from the contact us page.

How do I cancel my account?

If you know the product you’re signed up for you can cancel your account at any time.  Please log a support request here with the email address used to order the product and we will cancel your service. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.  You can also call our offices and have our customer service team contact you back.

Can we get a refund?

For products and services that relate to online or digitally delivered services, charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don’t have long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done.

For physical products ordered off Shopperdash US/GLOBAL, or Shopperdash AU we can review your purchase and offer a return or refund depending on what the issue is.  Please contact us or submit a customer support request to get your issue resolved.
